Your satisfaction matters to us.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• To request a return, email martinternational12@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product.

• Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after product receipt.

Food and confectionery items cannot be returned once opened or consumed for hygiene reasons
